Unternehmen, Politik und Medien nutzen den Kriseneinbruch, um die ohnehin schon bröckelnden Arbeiter_innenrechte weiter auszuhöhlen; auf der anderen Seite formiert sich jedoch gerade am untersten Ende der Lohnskala ein lebendiger und schlagkräftiger Widerstand. Ausgerechnet den prekären und größtenteils migrantischen Arbeiter_innen in der Logistikbranche gelingt es, sich durch solidarische und effektive Organisierung aus ihrer Isolation und ihren erniedrigenden Arbeitsverhältnissen herauszukämpfen. Ein Kampf, der nicht nur ihre Arbeitsbedingungen, sondern ihr ganzes Leben verändert. Der Film wird am 31. Mai 2015 um 11h im Moviemento Kino Berlin, Kottbusser Damm 22 uraufgeführt. They came in order to apply for 416 vacancies at the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP). Facing the enormous mass of applicants the local administration called off the hiring procedure.
